Self-rank much? These guys are miserable. Not good looking, immature, weird, and overall a joke of a fraternity. The fact that they have so many rankings (due to self-ranking), proves how self-consicous they are about themselves. Also, one of their social chairs (the short one) is an unattractive, attention-craving loser. Suck less Phi Delt, suck less.

ZTA is a wreck. Some of the sisters are really awesome, but the rest of the sorority is so mean to everyone else that they just look terrible. They are vicious about philanthropies and at times can get downright physical. They will do anything to bring down another sorority, even if it means doing something underhanded. These girls need some serious help. They also need to up their classiness because let's be honest... who wants to hear a promiscuous story about a ZTA?

Have the rep of being douchebags but once you meet them you realize its only two that really have made that. AMAZING pledge class<3 if they keep this up they'll be undisputed top frat for sure. Only drawback is their small chapter makes it hard for them to win philanthropies. Also heard they're getting there house back with the pool! if that happens i'll never leave<3

Considered a top tier fraternity but it's really only because they have such a large chapter. Biggest group of try hards on campus and big group of kids who don't fit in. Like most frats on campus they have some really good guys but when i go to their parties there are a ton that are really awkward to the point it makes it almost weird to be there sometimes. great house but i never stay there the entire night....

Why is PIKE my favorite frat?This frat easily has the most down to earth, cool guys. There are one or two guys that may give them a different reputation, but I would never choose a frat over them. They were number one in the country a few years ago and will be back on top next year, especially with the new house theyre getting. Overall hottest guys, most fun parties, and the only frat that actually feels like a frat. All the new members that pledged this year are super cute too and really nice.

Their open and friendly outer demeanor is much too soon replaced with the drone of their confusing and over emotional banter, I found the zetas to be tolerable at best and soul eating at worst. Don't date them. They will ruin your life.
