Top three frats will remain the only top tier for at least the next few years (including Pike). There's nothing wrong with being middle tier. Pi Kapp is a good fraternity, but it's not top tier.

SAE thrives off their reputation and supposed exclusiveness. The guys in the frat are far to concerned with their house and personal self image. The pledge class they brought in this year will be their demise. Despite all of this, for now SAE is still among the elite.

Sigma Chi is definitely the top fraternity at the University of Miami for the time being. Their parties are outrageous and they all know that. They definitely have a careless approach to their fraternity and subsequently their rush process. They took a lot of kids that embody their, " screw this, let's party", ideals. Not a huge fan of the Sigma Chi pledge class.

has a wierd mix of brothers. 1/3 could have been in top tier frats, 1/3 in mid tier, and 1/3 in bottom. this being said, they have a surprisingly good brotherhood (which gets them more points in brotherhood than if they were all the same type). mixes a lot with tridelt and adpi. very involved. tentatively seems just over the cusp into mid tier according to sororities, but remains to be seen how the group will develop w/ their latest pc. pc appears alright overall, w/ a couple not-frat kids tho

SAE had the best spring pledge class and is tied for first with sig chi, this is the truth and everyone knows it. This website can be so stupid.
