SDT is definitely on the rise compared to a lot of these rankings. Definitely top 3 and they got one of the best new pledge classes on campus. They are also getting much more involved on campus. They definitely seem to have a great sisterhood too. There are cliques just like in every sorority but they all have a bond so who cares.

Phi Delt is very good at being exactly what they are. good group of guys who really don't mix with anyone else. don't go to south beach/don't have any girls but nicest guys that love to drink

Gotta give it to them still dominating underground. Being kicked off campus always makes frats better. Cheaper dues, no rules…. v Below comment: The school doesn't own all the other houses. My fraternity's house is owned by our chapter's alumni association.

Really making a good come back this semester. They were lacking behind on presence on campus and philanthropy, but this semester they are stepping it up and would do great things.

Stronger pledge then usual and a big one too. What hurts them is their not social. They dont hang out with any top soroties or many at all to begin with. Cool guys, good brotherhood and all but clearly middle tier.
