When I first arrived on campus these guys were the undisputed #1 house on campus however through my 3 years here now each and every class has gotten worse and worse. They have very weird kids in their frat who have little to no skill in talking to girls in general. This past spring class is when I would say they have officially dropped down to middle tier. Not to mention that they can't even recruit for themselves anymore. They send girls to recruit kids at others frats parties!

The past two semesters they have had by far the best classes. Personally I would consider them a top tier fraternity now due to Pike fading away but, also the fact that SAE is only getting worse and worse. If you have not been to one of Sig Ep parties I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING!!! If you are a Sig Chi groupie and think they're parties are fun, just wait till you can see how the Sig Ep's party. Love you guys and keep doing what you are doing <333

These girls are considered the hottest, and for the past years they have been although... this pledge class was extremely disappointing! Some of the girls look like they appear in bottom sororities... no comment

they're are a handful of cool kids that make up for the rest of them. their last two pledges have sucked however (especially spring) which is a bad indication for their future. they're involved on campus but i don't see them rising above a frat like phidelt who already has the mid tier go hard frat on lock. on top of that their brotherhood isn't good at all, they constantly bash each other which is sad to see for kids who talk so much about potential.

Pike hosts the best parties at UM and they have a monopoly over the top 2 sororities at UM (DG and SDT). Oh wait, they are not recognized by the school...so what?! I <3 Pike!
