I don't think that their necessarily bottom tier anymore, but that its going to take some time for them to work in order to solid their middle tier position. They are super nice and no one really has anything bad to say about them

Zeta is kicking ass this year. I was really impressed with their new pledge class. Most of them are super hot (mostly blonde). After a mixer I definitely want to chill with these girls more. I've heard they have a "crazy" reputation but they all seems very down to earth and fun. They are the kinds of girls that you can party with AND take home to mom and dad. Just keep up the good pledge classes and youll stay top.

After hearing about Beta getting the new PIKE house its obvious that they are going to be top 3. Its a shame that one stupid guy in BETA ruined it for them this semester. If you're smart, you know that Beta is a great group of classy, funny, cute, and genuine guys. Once they get this house people will all shut up and jump on the Beta team like they loved them forever. Key largo formal was amazing also.

What other frat takes busses to LIV, Story, Mansion and Mokai all in the same month, have everyone get in for free, and have their own DJ Nick Li playing at all 4 places? This frat has always been known for house parties & tailgates and now they're dominating the sobe scene too. Steve Aoki was nuts. If you say any other frat is even close you're oblivious. Annoying that they only mix with DG though.

they are the kids that are not cool in high school but get to college and think they are because they joined a frat. everyone hates them. get girls to events strictly due to their name and house. pledge class was terrible, they will not remain on top

Never thought I would say this but Pikapp actually looks good for once. Pike getting kicked off campus helped them to get arguably the best pledge class. Pikapp and Sig Ep look like the future of UM fraternities. Espescially after this class of seniors graduates.

I'm biased because I am in DG, but I try and going to other frats, it's just no comparison. Yeah they may just try and get with girls and party really hard, and maybe they aren't the most involved, but everyone loves them, they're just a great group of guys. They also have been both our anchormen <3
