Pretty good stuff considering how new they are. Started having a lot more party's this semester. Went on their busses to brickell once not expecting much but was surprised to see a lot of girls there, too many actually, get more brothers to go next time.... Doesn't look like they self rate on here so I don't get all the obvious bashing by other frat bros...must be pretty insecure and intimidated by the new guys on the block making moves

i mean whats the difference between being off campus or not when half the frats don't have houses anyway? all UM parties are off campus and Pike's are always the best. i don't see why them having a charter would make them a worse group of people. still some of the best guys around and always going crazy
