Still new, has decent potential, but next year's rush and recruitment will be a better gauge of their future. Still kind of young to rate fairly. Seems to have been good with involvement so far. Had several parties this semester that were pretty good, as well as a couple buses to Brickell that were fun. Not douchey, some hot, some weird, generally fun, but that'll narrow down with time.

Beta is an average fraternity renting out the PIKE house (not even the entire house) until PIKE is allowed to recharter. Beta will get a boost for a year or two but in the end will remain average and irrelevant.
