These guys are considered top tier at our school for 2 reasons. 1. The SAE name is extremely successful as a national fraternity which our chapter tends to rely on heavily. 2. They have an extremely new and very nice house. Classic freshman girl predators, who have a heavily inflated self image. That being said they aren't an completely awful fraternity and should be in the middle tier.

People rip on Lambda for sitting around and smoking all day, and although they may not go as hard as other fraternities, they're a good group of guys who knows what they want. Extremely friendly, I don't know what anyone could possibly have against these guys.

For a group of kids who didn't lose their virginities until their pledge semester, they do a half decent job. Not the best looking guys or the hardest partiers but they are consistent with their mediocre social life.

Known as "the girls you can take home to meet your family", ADPi girls at UM are the classiest and also know how to have a great time, and are also the smartest sorority girls on campus. All I know is if I had a daughter, I'd hope she went ADPi.

Not in sig chi but I can honestly say these guys are a great group of bros, ignore the negative comments-those are all just a bunch of losers who are being bitter they didn't get a bid or girls who didn't get a text/call back lol

Some of the best parties and tailgates I've been to. Will probably be close to top tier within the next few semesters if they keep it up, last 2 PCs were great!

Lots of very cool brothers, also lots of sore thumb legacies and kids who bought their way in. That being said, they throw comparatively good parties. Last 2 PCs have been spotty.
