They aren't great, yet. I do see possible potential in these girls. I think if they start working on their PR better, people will see the quality girls more. They mix with most middle and bottom tier fraternities.

Chi O will not improve until maybe 10 years. They mentality they have is so unorganized, the girls are random, and they really don't serve a purpose at UM. They mix with phi del and beta a lot.

MIDDLE TIER

They aren't DG or DPiE status, but after this last pledge class, I can definitely say they will be top tier next semester. They mix a lot with the pi kapps and alpha sigs, they don't hang out much with SigEpp and Sig Chi, which shows they are ladies with brains, not only great bodies ;)
