They seem way better than they actually are. They have a house (not that great) and have your average decent looking rich white kid who golfs and goes to the yacht club. Parties and Tailgates last semester were mediocre. Middle at pure best and thats being very nice. Nowadays are below Sammy, Phi Delt and even ZBT.

Sig epp is an actual joke. Much like the boys that make up SigEpp, the entire core and foundation has no real substance. Those guys aren't even cool with each other, cheat on each other's gfs, behind their "brothers" back and that's just a few of them, the rest are bursting for air closeted kids that have major identity complex issues. Guys and girls, for your safety, do not touch.

They aren't the worse fraternity. Idk why ppl think they are. They just don't have the strongest presence of campus, known as the "nice guys" nothing else really. Mix a lot with Chi O and kappa
