To be 100% honest, they aren't as bad as people make them sound. Yes, they are pretty much tied for the bottom with Lambda but they do seem to try very hard to improve themselves. I know a couple of the older seniors that are cute and seem like they belong in sig chi, but those are the few the rest are really the sophomores that didn't get into the frats they wanted to freshmen year or even fall sophomore year, props for not giving up on joining greek but still, they can use a lot of help.

Nothing really special. Gone to a few of their parties and nothing crazy or too exciting. Not bad just not top or even close. If ur not kappa sig or phi delt weird than you can settle for these guys.
