My sisters in AXO and loves it. Why is it bottom tier? Jw. Is it based on looks or involvement or what..?

Because it's so new and all of the other sorority have established themselves!

I don't believe they should be bottom tier and will be out of that "category" soon. They are just new and establishing themselves, but seem to be doing a great job.
