I'm sure I'm forgetting some more but they're irrelevant along with the bottom 5.

This is dumb because it is subjective to the viewer. Historically some fraternities are more relevant than others but it is also how you experience the brothers within the fraternity. One person could be "wrong", just enjoy the fraternities you associate with instead of a power struggle.

Close but I'd say DKE goes under Pike in the second tier and combine the rest of the third tier with the bottom tier
