fraternities
by: Updated Tiers
Most up to date tier list fraternity listed by tier and in no specific order within said tiers
Top Tier
Kappa Sigma (literally can not be touched by any other fraternity right now solid numbers good guys insane parties huge budget and KA virtually is the same in my opinion)
Kappa Alpha (personal opinion some girls/guys prefer ka or ks over each other but regardless theyre both the top sick parties big budget lots of guys all the qualities of a top tier fraternity)
Top-mid/mid tier
SAE - (With a good pledge class and fall semester they could be back at top tier easily which im betting will happen and no im not from this fraternity just -because theyre not recognized by the school doesnt mean their guys are bad or parties will suck)
Delts - (next fall will largely determine whether they climb or fall)
Pi Kappa Phi - (again same with delts they could have sick parties and a good pledge class next fall and come in a solid 3-4 spot or go downhill)\n\n\n\n\nMid / low mid tier
Pike (slightly falling but i guess it really depends on fall rush and parties ect..)
Dke (depends on this fall rush)
delta sig ( rising and if they get a good pledge class next fall they could be top mid but thats a big what if statement so)
Low tier fraternities because of numbers / lack of parties/ weird guys or about to be suspended / kicked off
Sigma Nu ATO Teke (suspended) Lambda Chi Fiji (about to be gone)
if i didnt mention a fraternity than obviously theyre not that important

TKE will be back in the fall, However SAE does not even have the right to appeal to be an active chapter until may of next year. SAE cannot officially pledge guys either because of their BS nationals rules as well. The guys who are in are good but they will not have a good rush because they will still not be active with the school. Kappa sig and Kappa alpha are better in that respect.
