What chapters to rush or not

Hey everyone! I just moved in today and I am trying to understand all of the chapters and what is going on prior to going into rush! I am wanting to join a more chill and relaxed sorority. I don't want to have a million rules and super strict. Is there any advice of chapters to stay away from? No one in my family was in greek life and I am still just confused so any pointers is super duper appreciated!
