sororities spring rush

I’m coming to UNCW next semester and was wondering about spring rush...like who does it, what are those sororities like?? Do ranks matter here?

A few sororities do snap bids or what not And generally all the sororities here are cool but if you go into the process looking at ranks you most likely won’t find your “home”
