rushing as a sophomore

I transferred from another 4 year university and I wanted to rush in the fall, will being a sophomore hurt my chances of getting a bid from any of the houses?

Being a sophomore won’t hurt you’re chances at all!! Normally must pledges classes have half freshman and half sophomores!
