what are the real sorority rankings here?

TOP: XO, Phi Mu, AGD (used to be middle)
MIDDLE: APhi, ADPi (used to be top tier)
limbo: AXID
BOTTOM: DZ, Tri Sigma, AXO (NEW)

That is such a joke. I never get on this site but my friend in another sorority told me to come on here and look at the previous post by "actually." I am a member of ADPI and am DISGUSTED by that comment. No one has EVER openly admitted to Alpha and Beta groups (Not even sure what the heck that means) because it is in NO way true. I have never been forbidden to go out with someone because they were "not as pretty." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! How do people even come up with these things?! And paying more because of looks? HAH! Does nationals even allow that? Every girl in ADPI was chosen for a reason, not one person in ADPI was chosen to pay more and not go out with us? We take recruitment very seriously and would never hand out bids just so someone could not go out with the rest of us. Like honestly, do you think we sit and chapter and assign people to a group. "Ok Sally, you're in Beta, and Lucy, you're in Alpha!" God, if anyone believes that comment...lord help you. I'm embarrassed that I'm even commenting on this stupid website but that comment really irks me! I love all my sisters and would never not go out with someone because they weren't as pretty...geez.

why does it even matter? we're all part of a community much bigger than ourselves. Ranking is just a way to boost your ego and put others down at the same time.

I dont even get why this is such discussion about this. The ranks have been the same and will NEVER change:

Chi O, adpi, phi mu
AGD, axid, aphi,
tri sig, dz, axo

Sure, some have more class than others, prettier girls than others, and more involvement than others but not big enough gap that it would ever change the tier rankings. accept it, move on..

TOP: Adpi, chi o, phi mu
middle: a phi, agd, axid
bottom: dz, tri sig, axo

Since when is AZD middle? Never....
Chi o, ADPi, and Phi Mu are known for being "top", AGD and Alpha Phi are middle (even though they probably have some of the sweetest girls of any org!), and Tri sig (also very sweet), dz, and azd are all bottom. A chi o can't really be ranked until they go through formal recruitment... so I guess thats why people are putting them in the bottom but I'll just leave them off.
Then again, YOU'RE ALL GREEK. Just get over the rankings and just all be greek together.
