Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 2.9 Got kicked off campus so that’s not usually a good sign… but they throw good parties and always have live music so that’s a plus! Lots of the guys are definitely stuck up and think they’re better than other people too, but overall great to go party there.

SAE at UNCW is recognized by the university and its nationals. However, they are not members of IFC based upon the recommendation of their nationals. Google the SAE ACT (Students & Administration Equality Act) which is a 2013 law enacted in NC after the chapter and its members were egregiously treated by school administration. The SAE ACT has since been adopted by several states and allows ALL students to have legal representation (which was previously not allowed) during school-related discipline proceedings and hearings.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 5.0 Most frats on campus don’t throw as much anymore due to a lot of them not managing money well and also the influx of freshman bars that have become popular lately. However, they have always been the best frat in terms of well roundedness. Good parties, amazing darties, good brotherhood, 98% of the guys are gentleman. Would say overall they are prob the best frat on campus with pike, kappa sig, and a sig closely behind. However, they stay only mixing with alpha phi and occasionally phi mu. if their social chair reached out and engaged more they probably would have even better events.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 4.7 They just got a mansion on the Intracoastal Waterway as one of their houses this year which will definitely help them get some good new members this Fall. They always throw the best darties and solid parties. Could do more community service. Best all-around frat at uncw.
