Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 1.4 They're becoming irrelevant. I don't see any of them around on campus or hear of any of their parties. They need to work on recruiting better guys and making a name for themselves other than "that fraternity being in the bottom tier".
