Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 2.4 There's too much self rank that makes me question whether or not they actually do have a strong pledge class. They're an odd bunch of guys who I feel didn't make the cut for other fraternities so they end up here which isn't a bad thing. My main issue with them is that they overhype their parties, run out of alcohol an hour in, and they are sloppy/creepy.

There's too much self rank that makes me question whether or not they actually do have a strong pledge class.
