Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 5.0 These guys have seriously gone from being lower- middle tier frat to being high tier. Keep ragin guys! Also, I love how this fraternity doesn't charge everybody to get in their parties.
