Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 2.2 Very rude guys who seem to all hate each other. Did a pretty good job promoting their fraternity this fall but I have herd so many stories about them that keeps me away from them.

I was trying to leave and one of the brothers screamed at me because I’m going to “get them a ticket.” He called me retarded when I told him my Uber was there... wtf. I will NEVER be going back. Also, the house is absolutely disgusting.

Im 90% sure im the guy you’re complaining about. No im not sorry. You were being retarded. And i had no intentions of paying a 500$ ticket just causs your drunk ass wouldnt leave. I would have no problem kicking you out again. Do us all a favor and sit at home on the weekends and keep writing awful reviews instead of going out and being a total nuisance. The community needs less people like you. Thank you for your review. Il be sure to ignore like i would if i saw you at my house again. Also, my house was NOT disgusting, it just had some gritty charm to it. Anyways, why dont you throw parties in your house instead of coming to mine and complaining about it. Im sure you could get 5 - maybe 10 people there on a busy saturday night. Do you have any idea what goes into throwing a party? I can guarantee theres tons of stuff that goes on behind the scenes that you’re unaware of. sorry you never got a bid to whatever sorority you wanted to join, i wonder if you wrote a review about them too?

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 5.0 Chi Phi rules, as ritual is what separates one fraternity from another, and Chi Phi had the BEST ritual... by far. They place their pledges in a coffin during initiation, shut the lid, and march the coffin around the lodge room three times in resemblance of a funeral procession. Then, they lower it to symbolize burial, and then let the candidate out on cue, in order to symbolize the candidate's resurrection. NO OTHER fraternity does stuff like that during their initiation ritual. Chi Phi rules!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 4.7 Being completely honest these guys are pretty great. They have some great parties and events they put on, they're really social, and I would say just generally more classy than your average frat. I love hanging out with them. They're definitely on the rise too.
