Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 1.7 Definitely not the place to be at Wilmy. Bottom tier for sure. Lots of sloppy, try hards that give off weird vibes. Plenty of other great frats to hang at.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 1.5 Guys are just straight up weird. My freshman year they had more new guys than brothers because they are a dying fraternity. So weird and very grabby at parties. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go near this place

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 4.4 I’ve been to a few of there parties and they are by far the best parties thrown at UNCW I see them doing a lot of philanthropy events on campus and most of the brothers are good guys that party hard but also very studious. Definitely a top tier fraternity
