I think some girls in the new pledge class have added to the reputation that was starting last year, the crazy partying is one thing that stands out...you cant get blackout at every party..especially if your clothes look like they're from forever 21. I hope the good girls in phi mu do a little more to improve their image.

Rating average because I'm already in phi mu and just have something to say! Phi mu was actually my second choice (sorry "hmmm" :)) BUT, I will say I couldn't imagine being anywhere else! I love my sorority and the girls I know in my top choice love their sorority as well! It's true when they say you really end up where you belong. So note to future PNMs: don't let these ranks persuade you!

Some of the comments on this page are so crazy... "second or third choice for recruitment"!?? That statement is laughable. Phi Mu is top tier- great sisterhood, very involved, and they are actually NICE to other sororities. What a concept!

Regardless of if they are still recognized, this is the best fraternity at UNCW by far. Every single SAE I have met is a true gentleman even while partying harddd (which can't be said about any other fraternity on this campus). Some of them get around, but they are great guys overall.
