sad pnm

It is really sad when it appears a sorority comes on a site to bash other sororities. It reeks of insecurity and it is cruel. If you feel good about your sorority, why would you need to rank yourself higher and others lower? Or rank yourself at all? How do you feel after you write nasty things and bully other girls to support it?
It's obvious what is going on here. You are not fooling any one. I would suggest sororities think about this when they attempt smear each other. It does not build you up. It causes people to turn away from you. There's no way a bunch of people write and/or support nasty comments in such a short period of time unless it is a concerted effort. If you are a leader or even a member of a sorority and you are endorsing this type of behavior, you should feel embarrassed and ashamed.
Everyone should go into the process looking for girls they feel comfortable around, girls who make them feel empowered, and girls who have similar standards. Isn't that the point of a sisterhood?

One more thing I'd like to add: I came on this site looking for insight about the different sororities...which type of girls they like to recruit, philanthropy, etc.
All I could think was, the only useful information I got from this site is:
"What Susie says about Sally, says a lot more about Susie than it says about Sally."

Hi beyourself!
You have made so many good points here, and I'd like to add some clarity for you.
Not only will you find out more during tonight's parties and the days to follow, but you'll find that each sorority is seeking a mixture of women with one common trait: the desire to be a part of something huge, and to genuinely live out their values and mottos. As for the technical stuff, each sorority has a website you can visit to check out their local and national philanthropies, as well as anything else you might want to know.
Good luck, let us know what you think after tonight!
