I'm transferring to UNCC in the spring as a sophomore should I consider informal recruitment?

Not all sororities do spring recruitment, so I would wait until formal recruitment in the fall. No one will care that you're a junior. That way you can meet all the sororities!

Some sororities definitely care if you're a junior. I highly encourage you to try informal recruitment!

The only sorority that dropped girls because of age was scrambling for girls to give bids to this fall sooo yeah no one will care. The only reason a girl might get dropped over a freshman is because freshman typically have higher GPAs.
