Sororities don't do spring recruitment if they are above quota, aka girls didn't drop

The reason that a lot of houses will be doing spring recruitment is due to the number of December graduating seniors. If twelve girls graduate, then that would put a chapter under quota (i.e. they have to take on new girls in the spring.) This spring recruitment will be unique in that there will be a bid day, making this recruitment more formal than usual spring rush. Almost all of the chapters will be participating, but there isn't a final count on who all will be participating. It has nothing to do with which chapters are top, it has to do with the higher quotas Panhellenic implemented.

ADPi didn't get a perfect return rate, thanks to zeta, and will be taking members in the spring. Their not having events but they're taking new members. Get off your high horse. ADPi isn't on top anymore.
