frat reputations

So which frats are more academic, which are more social, and which are more philanthropic?

And side question, so I heard that Alpha Sig was gonna be on suspension or investigated or something, but are they still rushing? And would it be bad to rush Alpha Sig in the fall if it could possibly be put on something worse in the spring?
