Rush and find out. Plus some are getting new houses in the Spring or Fall. Ask to see if they are keeping their current house also.

kappa sig HAD the best house.... it is going away in a semester since the owner is taking it back aka Chi Phi

Chi phi doesn't get the house back as soon as they get back on campus bud, there's a contract that has at least 2 more years with the house and kappa sig with the option to buy it.
