Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority Ratings at UNCC

Went to the spring rush event last night because my roommate is interested and was pleasantly surprised

They're new to campus, give it a rest. The malicious comments are probably from girls in other sororities. You have to admit, AXO is pretty involved and gets awareness for their philanthropy a lot. Basically all the girls are pretty, not every single one posts the most classy pictures, but every sorority has those girls. Instead of bashing them and complaining about the way they're "not doing greek life right," try setting a good example. They're doing pretty damn good for their first semester.

They're doing awesome to be so new!! Props to making a statement on campus and making UNCC greek life so noticed.

First, can I point out the first person to rate. "steve." I'm sure your name is really steve, anon. And I'm sure you're also a boy. Moving on. This organization is the epitome of a classless sorority, if you would even consider it a sorority. They came into UNCC's PanHellenic with a terrible intent, so obviously their result is terrible as well. Pictures of girls in extremely risqué outfits and absolutely no control over themselves. They aren't sorority women. They won't last long.

You would think that with them being new that they'd want to develop a good reputation for themselves... but I guess not

You only hear people complain about this chapter. Even the girls who are in AXO complain about AXO. They don't know each other, have no leadership, and no traditions. When you join a sorority you want to be treated as a little, come into an established chapter, and have an amazing time. JOining such a new and crappy chapter is more work than it is worth. They have zero reputation, zero personality, and zero support from other panhell chapters.

All of the girls I have met have been very welcoming. Don't bash this new sorority before you give them a chance! A lot of girls were dropped from their fall recruitment, which was expected. Several of the girls that rushed in the fall didn't do formal recruitment because it conflicted with their schedules. No judging!

I'm from a neighboring chapter that is fairly new as well. It is hard to build a new chapter so please give them a chance. from getting to know some of them I feel that once they can collect themselves together and get used to the way sorority works, they will be absolutely great. Don't bash them because they are new.

Give these girls a break! It is very difficult being a new chapter, and of course there will be some bad eggs in the founding class, but overall they are going to do just fine. We all don't agree with the way they were recruited, but that's not their fault. Just has to be aware of rubbing existing chapters the wrong way.

Literally the only thing Greek life can agree on is their mutual hatred of AXO.
