Of course they have no traditions. They're brand new. But that's the most appealing thing about it. They get to make their own traditions and start it all from nothing. Just like at one point YOUR sorority was new to campus and YOU had no traditions either. The Panhellenic support on this campus is non existent and it's truly sad thanks to people like you.

not to be mean, but traditions are an important part of greek life. PNMs want to come into a chapter and have a sorority experience, with a big a grand big, a great great grandbig. They want to see the old scrapbooks from years past. They want to get to know the secrets and traditions of the senior class, they want the hand-me-down shirts. Alpha Chi might be able to build something new, but new isnt always better.

And some PNMs are leaders who want to create their own traditions and leave their own legacy with Alpha Chi. Just because that's not what you personally looked for when going Greek doesn't mean that other people don't. Starting your own traditions and making your mark isn't a burden, it's an amazing thing. Any every member of Alpha Chi is lucky to be a part of that. Don't discredit another organization for being at a different place on a timeline. Everyone was new once.

PLEASE dont waste your sorority experience by going with this chapter. they bring in people from other chapters for recruitment so it seems like they are normal but BEWARE. that is all.

AN EMBARRASSMENT TO GREEK LIFE. the girls who want to be in a sorority but are not actually in a sorority. They are clueless, have no traditions, zero class and are the leftovers from fall and spring recruitment. beware beware beware.
