Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Charlotte - UNCC 4.7 I don't go to school at UNCC but I know some people look at this site so I just wanted to put it out there that Phi Delt is my fav at my school. My brother is probably going to rush this year at Charlotte and I am telling him to go there.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Charlotte - UNCC 4.4 This is one of the only fraternities that I feel comfortable letting my Girlfriend go to. Pretty much the most down to Earth guys who I know aren’t trying to take advantage of other people and just want a good time.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Charlotte - UNCC 3.9 I’m a Junior this year and have seen Phi Delt grow over the past few years. When I first got here they were lesser known and while they’re less than perfect now I don’t think any frat is at Charlotte. I still love them to death and go to every party they throw.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Charlotte - UNCC 4.5 These guys are my favorite. Most kind, good looking, and trustworthy. If they’re throwing we are there. Their newer brothers are a lot better looking, and know how to have a great ass time.

Even though members are social, they still prioritize academics and maintain strong grades with GPAs of 3.0+. Even more importantly, their members actually graduate. Having a solid recruitment process is imperative to becoming a top house. Without it, you can run into issues like not bringing on enough members each year to keep the fraternity going. You could also end up bringing in subpar members. That’s why recruitment must focus on finding the highest quality members to join.
