This is a hipster "frat". And Frat Scholar is wrong, Pi Kappa Phi was the first fraternity at the school, and Kappa Sigma is the oldest remaining. Lambda Chi is one of the newer fraternities nationally too.

very competitive but the girls are pretty fun and lots of different types of girls in here...no cookie cutter, very involved too
