This is a hipster "frat". And Frat Scholar is wrong, Pi Kappa Phi was the first fraternity at the school, and Kappa Sigma is the oldest remaining. Lambda Chi is one of the newer fraternities nationally too.

They are the youngest fraternity at Charlotte I think, so they aren't really good nor bad. They are middle-of-the-road and have done a good job starting up so quick. They are a little boring, but it's just because of how young they are.

The actual oldest fraternity at Charlotte. They are probably the most popular because of their house and connections. They are the "preppy" "fratty" fraternity. They keep their house absolutely nasty though, and they aren't always very involved with school events.

They are pretty big and popular. They are known as the hick fraternity, but thats their claim-to-fame nationally. They throw fun parties sometimes, but they need a new house, theirs is falling in.
