For the first few years they were on campus they bid a lot of girls that weren't the best to bring their numbers closer to the other sororities on campus. They've dropped most of the bad eggs from the first years and have gotten some pretty good new members. Some of them are honestly just as good looking as the top tier sororities at Charlotte, they just need to work on having events with fraternities.

Was actually rooting for them to get a good spring 17 pledge class but once again nothing but unattractive weirdos. I feel bad for them, they'll just never be the best.
