Selfranks themselves to the number one spot by giving negative ratings to other fraternities and positive ratings to themselves. Everyone in the Greek community knows that PiKap is not relevant in the running for top tier fraternities, probably not even middle tier. I recommend you go out and meet their brothers to see firsthand. Just go to fraternities rush events and see where you fit in. For example, look at the amount on self rankings they've done in the past month compared to the semester.
