Honestly, Delta Chi gets a weird rep. They host a lot of parties, non greek guys can get in for 10$, and the drinks are always baller. None the less, they definitely are bottom tier and one of their houses got shut down. Their guys are always super nice and friendly, I've never met a mean Delta Chi, but something about the chapter makes me think super nerdy and not in a smart way.

This frat's disappointed me every time I've interacted with them. Their parties aren't great, the fraternity doesn't have a strong campus presence, and I would describe them as isolated, they're the kind of brotherhood that definitely keeps to themselves. Plus, they get kicked out of mountain weekend like every year.
