Percentages are irrelevant. Look at the number of rankings. Notice how when you take that and put it in order...

ΚΚΓ, ΠΒΦ, ΧΩ, ΣΚ, ΚΑΘ, ΔΓ, ΔΔΔ, ΑΧΩ, ΑΕΦ, ΑΟΠ

Obviously it's off. But when you think about what would cause a chapter to have a high number of ranks (controversy, self ranks, bad rank spam) and a low number of ranks (established place in ranks, rank removal, new on campus) it starts to make sense. So I adjusted for that, and here's what I got.

ΔΓ, ΠΒΦ, ΚΚΓ, ΧΩ/ΣΚ, ΚΑΘ, ΔΔΔ, ΑΧΩ/ΑΟΠ, ΑΕΦ

You "adjusted for that" how? This started all scientific and then switched 100% to opinion.
