general consensus

This seems to be the General consensus for rankings:
Top: pi phi/DG/kappa
Middle : theta/CHIO/SK
Bottom: AXO/AOII/DDD/AEPHI

Not in that particular order, but as far as tiers go these are spot on. Obviously each person thinks differently and has their own experience with each chapter, also it changes when asking a male vs female audience and when you're looking for specific qualities

This is accurate. There's room for each tier to be shifted based on who ever you ask

I'm not a chi o and agree that kappa isnt top and theta is between mid and bot. Just because someone is honest about ranks it doesnt make them a chi o. maybe if yiu work on improving your chapter people wouldn't think that?
