What does it mean for dg that they're under quota? How does it affect them?

theyre not under quota though, their class is the same size as their 2012 one. it's just smaller than when they got LOADS last year.

Quota changes every year. Quota was 37 this year and they didnt get that many

i went through recruitment and you could honestly feel how "fake" they were when you were in their room. It definitely didn't feel welcoming and it didnt feel like there was any actual sisterhood at all. you could tell that they were putting on a show the whole time, it wasnt genuine at all. Thats probably why a lot of us chose other chapters.
