the bad ones. Honestly. The whole stereotypical "every chapter is great and amazing here!" post is coming soon after this, but only the bad ones recruit in Spring.

There is no guarantee any chapters will. Its up to the chapter based on their total and whether or not girls graduated early/dropped out and if they want to fill those spots then or wait until formal next year.

I think DG and Theta will have to just based on numbers. Both previously considered to be good houses but are under total
