what are the chances of not getting a bid? i'm not the prettiest or outgoing girl but i'd love to join a sorority in the fall. i'm worried that i'll get cross cut

You don't have to be outgoing, just let your personality shine and just be yourself. We love girls that are real, you don't have to be the loudest or prettiest girl in the room for people to connect with you.
