what houses to rush

idk if anyone cares about 'tiers' but if you are actually rushing a sorority just rush one of these: pi phi, sk, kkg, aphi. these are the most relevant sororities where you will find a decent greek experience. other ones offer a lot less. depends on how involved you want to be .
