if you are a freshman read this!!
for da girlies:
top houses:
dg/aphi/sk/piphi/kkg
these are the most popular houses for girls to rush and they all have great women! it's a matter of preference on which girls you like but they are all competitive. they all mix with the top frats.
mid houses:
chio/axo/theta
these girls are less involved but really smart and friendly! will go to mid frats for parties and are less competitive for recruitment.
bottom houses:
tridelt/aoii/aephi
they don't get as much interest and are less involved. they are smart and nice though and have cute girls!
frats:
top houses:
pike/snu/fiji
they all throw fun parties and have hot guys! also will mix with the top sororities for exchanges.
mid houses:
sigep/aepi/lambda
their parties aren't as good as fiji or snu but still do well in phils. aepi has good parties! sigep and lambda are doing better. will mix with mid tier sororities more.
bottom houses:
pikapp/ksig/beta/sammy/phidelt
pikapp and ksig are really bad chapters, they have a lot of creepy and weird guys. the others have some cool guys but are just not involved. they all mix with bottom strats and do not throw good parties.

def not getting kicked off from what I have heard everyone only knows half the story. Same allegations for fiji and snu but everyone's forgetting that. There incidents may even be worse
