shift in ranks

I'm seeing a trend where some of the "top tier" houses actually starting to move down while some "mid tier" houses are making their way up. Does anyone agree or see a specific house moving up/down?

Kappa fell to mid below sk/chiO. PiPhi passed DG as top house. And someone's been self ranking because kappas pledge class is so not cute and definitely not "top with piphi". Most mid tiers got a cuter pledge class than them.
