small frats

Do people look at guys in the smaller frats differently? I've noticed on this site that a lot of the smaller frats are frowned upon

if anything i see it the completely the other way. Guys in "better" frats are automatically assumed to be tools and shallow. But the lower frats are always sweet and fun. Maybe this is true, maybe it isnt but that is the trend i see.
