Sigma Chi is top house. No question. No one disputes it. Whether you ilke it or not, it is what it is. Don't pick a house just based on that. Pike, sigma nu, teke (surprisingly) follow as second tier. Then fiji and SAE, then everyone else. avoid the "everyone else" category. you'll be fine.

Top Tier-
Sig Chi- overall best house at ucsd: hottest guys, more athletes than any other frat, a good amount are arrogant, but there are some really cool ones too. they throw great parties but most are exclusive. glad to see theyre getting more involved again
Pike- rager house, used to dominate sports, but has taken a backseat to sig chi the past few years; also has a lot of hot guys and throw great parties; univolved
sig nu- pretty diverse house, most guys are really cool and they have some goodlooking guys; dont have as big of a campus presence as pike or sig chi
middle tier-
tke- largest fraternity on campus; have some really cool guys, but also have a lot of weirdos. they had a pretty good year last year; large campus presence
fiji- dont know much about them. ive heard they have fun parties, but ive also heard they have a lot of creepers
sae- they have a solid core, but a very weak peripheral. definitely have some cuties. interested in seeing how they do next year
