When is recruitment

Is recruitment still going to be held in winter? With changing times it looks like more people will be returning in fall than anticipated??

A decision hasn't really been made. Everyone is still in the dark with PHC and we never even decided for winter. It is honestly a mess and PHC exec does not know what they're doing tbh
