What's the difference between Chi O, Theta, and AOPi

Can anyone give a little summary about what each of these chapters and their girls are like? They're always ranked relatively the same on here and aren't talked about a lot.

honestly they’re all super similar, pretty diverse when it comes to the types of girls in the chapter like you’ll get the partiers but you’ll also have the people who are more reserved i think that’s why they’re all ranked in the middle

chi o is p much wholesome "nice" girls

Theta is smart girls and some ragers

Aopi is memey girls and down to earth girls
